Mike Gervais

Mike Gervais has a multidisciplinary background in finance, operations, systems, and business optimization, with leadership experience spanning FP&A, accounting, and organizational process improvement. Prior to co-founding Confika Capital, he held senior finance and systems roles in the food manufacturing sector and now works with diverse businesses through Solidare Consulting to strengthen processes, systems, and data-driven decision-making. He holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, and a mechanical engineering degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, bringing a structured, analytical perspective to complex operational challenges.
